Apple developed iPods and iTunes in a way that helps battle music piracy. However, there are legitimate times that you may need to take music from your iPod, such as if your computer's hard drive has crashed and you don't want to spend hours re-burning all of your CDs. Luckily, numerous applications have been developed to transfer music from you iPod to your computer. Some of which can be downloaded for free. One in particular is EphPod.
